Return Policy

At Why Cycles, we believe in our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your Why for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Of course, we ask that you respect this policy (no purposely buying a bike for a long term “rental” allowed!) To top all of that, we even offer a lifetime crash replacement policy. We believe in our products and we want you to be thrilled with your purchase.


Warranty Policy

Every Why bicycle frame is covered by a lifetime limited warranty to the original
owner. The warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship, including
manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover any damage or defects caused
by abuse, accidents, or other incidents that are not the result of normal use of the
product. All Why frames must be registered for this lifetime warranty within 30
days of the date of purchase with Why Cycles, Inc. All other Why-brand products
(for example, handlebars) are covered by a one-year (1-year) warranty. This
warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship, including manufacturing
defects. This warranty does not cover any damage or defect caused by abuse,
accidents, or other incidents that are not the result of normal use of the product.
These bicycle frame and Why-branded parts warranties do not cover wear and
tear accrued under normal use. All Why products must be returned to Why for
warranty repairs and/or replacement. Why will, in its sole discretion, determine if
the damage or defect is within the warranty terms, and either repair or replace the
product. If Why determines the defect or damage is not within the warranty terms
(i.e. caused by an incident unrelated to defects or a result of normal wear and tear),
Why may nonetheless, in its sole discretion, permit the customer to purchase a
replacement product at a discounted price. Why will pay for all reasonable
shipping costs related to warranty claims.
