We believe that with our unique products and highly customizable build options, this is the best way to offer you a fantastic product and the best buying experience. Our goal is to provide you with the best experience possible, and one way we do that is our shipping method. All Why bikes ship inside an included-for-free Evoc Pro bike travel case- no more cardboard and wasted packaging. It’s our way of going green and making your final assembly a breeze- just install the handlebar and wheels and you’re good to go. On top of that, we love bike shops. All of us spent years working in local bike shops at some point in our lives. Your local bike shop will always offer service, resources, and a friendly face that we will never be able to mimic through the phone or online. So, we are currently taking applications from bike shops to be certified Why Service Centers. As we work with qualified bike shops and establish Why Service Centers, we will post them here. These centers will be able to help assemble, fit, and service your Why. In the meantime, we ask that if you need to bring your Why into any bike shop- show it off with pride and expect to pay well for excellent service. Insider advice- beer tips, along with a little extra cash, go a long way in keeping your mechanic happy!
